Here are the seven rules that passed.

1- Permanently moves the line of scrimmage for Try kicks to the defensive team's 15-yard line, and allows the defense to return any missed Try.

2- Permits the offensive and defensive play callers on the coaching staffs to use the coach-to-player communication system regardless of whether they are on the field or in the coaches' booth.

3- Makes all chop blocks illegal.

4- Expands the horse collar rule to include when a defender grabs the jersey at the name plate or above and pulls a runner toward the ground.

5- Makes it a foul for delay of game when a team attempts to call a timeout when it is not permitted to do so.

6- Eliminates the five-yard penalty for an eligible receiver illegally touching a forward pass after being out of bounds and re-establishing himself inbounds, and makes it a loss of down.

7- Eliminates multiple spots of enforcement for a double foul after a change of possession.

Ravens coach John Harbaugh and kicker Justin Tucker said this week that they want the NFL to adopt a new rule that would give the kicking team one point for putting a kickoff through the uprights.

la cosa più bella è il cb che è già pronto per dire che lui non ha fatto nulla, poi si accorge che non fischiano e va via piano piano simulando indifferenza, a dimostrare che lui non ha fatto niente di male
se c'era buffon avrebbe detto che era fallo

Leggevo che probabilmente non cambieranno le regole sulla rivedibilità delle PI per colpa nostra. Secondo l'articolista, lo sottolineo per io non concordo, ogni azione difesa su Gronko sarebbe PI, mah strano non le chiamano mai i nostri amici zebrati

The league has amended their rule book to allow teams to challenge offensive and defensive pass interference penalties or lack there of.

Pass interference replay change received 31 votes. Bengals were the lone detractor. :teb:
